Clearance and Custody

Saratoga Prime clients will have the opportunity of choosing the clearing and settlement services of Goldman Sachs Execution and Clearing, LP (“GSEC”), Bear Stearns Securities Corp(“BSSC”) and Interactive Broker.

Each client account is held on a fully dislcosed basis, not comingled and recorded on the books of GSEC, BSSC, and Interactive.  Each client account is assigned its own account number.
